INGREDIENTS

200 ml milk (coconut, almond, or soya milk)
2 tbsp coconut, shredded
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp cinnamon + stick for garnish
1 tsp vanilla essence

Topping
Mango, cubed

RECIPE

Whisk thoroughly all ingredients, divide into two glasses or small bowls and refrigerate at least for 2 hours (I left them soaked overnight)

Top with mango or any favourite fruit.
