I love early mornings with a cup of coffee and organizing the day ahead in my mind. Travelling and living in a different country encouraged me to bring a new “taste of travel” to my food. I gravitate towards recipes that are quick and easy although with a healthy twist. I keep my focus on seasonal and local products.

A happy moment for my heart is when my table is filled with a good quality food, and when good people and family are gathered round. I think that our bodies deserve a healthy and clean lifestyle. It has an enormous influence on our well-being.
